Has been great for me, throwing 1.8k Scorches around with a Soul Link keeping me alive. Anyone else have any neat builds or tricks in Arena seeing as how the general assumption is we just aren't pulling our own in there?

TBH this is all about experimenting, the only essentila thing is instant cast corruption. You could try full in afflic, siphon life and the instant cast Howl and CoE would be very helpful i could imagine. The u have destruc. Aftermath has aved me before by dazing my opponent, also i have a huge chance for an instant cast shadow bolt, which is y i actually try stand near a warrior doing whirlwind, he hits me then 25% of the time i get my instant cast SB and nail someone and if i crit its 3K dmg easy. Full afflic or Full Destruc would 2 good experiments and at ure level u shud have no trouble paying for u learing them.

this one is afflic. and should have u raking in Health as well as instant cast fear and shadowburn could be great also, try one of these 2.
