well, i can tell you this- if you want to upgrade your pets, stones and get a new free pet at the 41st talent, go for demonology
If you want to level up your shadow bolt/immolate, while getting some new offensive spells, go for destruction.
If you want to reduce your curse casting times, and getting a cool new curse at the 41st talent, affliction is for you
