I just hit lvl 50, and I am frost build for AOE.
Now that I have my pet, should I just stick with what I have, or should I respec and add frostbite for better 1 on 1?
I ask because I just don't know how much having this pet is going to change the way I play the game and am curious how others adapted to their pet.

s.e loderdan is best spot. if you are good at a.o.e. grinding you wont need your pet but if u think u could be better at it with it go ahead
and frostbite is bad to use becuse it always splits the mobs up which is a tottal no no save it for a lvl 59 build and spec for pvp there andsit at 59 so u dont have to put up with wait times

OK, I think I need to reword the question.
Should I stay with my AOE build and just use my pet whenever I am fighting solo mobs??? or is there a different build based around the pet that I should look at?

just stick with your current build the water elemental can even help with aoe grinding think of it as your second frost nova if the first one is resisted.
