Before you make any remarks regarding reading .... I did a lot of reading in trying to find the right setup for my Orc Rogue.
I come up with some questions though;
The way I read and see it is like this ...
If you wanna do PvP go for assassination
If you wanna do PvE go for combat.
As being an Orc I have a little advantage towards strength regarding other races therefore putting as many points into combat wonders me if that is a wise choice. Should I not put some points in the Subtlety tree for being a big dumb dude? Master of deception seems like a wise choice as well as Improved ambush .... so that backstabbing (ambushing) does max damage.
After the backstab I will go to normal combat which means I put the rest of my points into that tree.
Obviously you all are probably gonna say go what you feel like playing. All to true but I like to get the most out of this game as possible which means I will eventually do some dueling, raiding, etc. A Combined tree of all tree's will not max out my potentials.
So one question is, is Mutilate / Suprise attacks a must have?
Does that give you the edge in winning crucial battles?
And then there is the thing of poisoning. Rogues can make poison ... ok .. so do I need to spend some points there just to max its potential?
How good is poisoning in battle?
Somewhere I also read that doing ambush and finish it with ghostly strike often does the trick ... so best conclusion is I am really confused in what tree to follow.
So plz rate these setups as being an Orc Rogue! Thank You in advance.
