Yeah, I also found that there is a bit of a sticking point at that level. You find yourself running out of quests a bit. However there is light at the end of the tunnel. You should be high enough to be running scarlet monestary almost, this is by far the best source of xp at that level I found (plus cath has amazing caster drops). Also, you will find that at that stage your mana efficiency is not quite what it should be. The only way past this is to keep your 5/5 in spirit tap and make an effort to wand a mob to death as often as is possible. This is helped no end by getting shadowform at 40. Also, something worth considering is improved VE, I was using rank one fear while grinding to avoid the damage. Nowadays I use Imp ve on every fight (it costs basically no mana) and you can let them bash you as much as they want in general.

That is my armory. I know I need a new staff, and probly a better wand. I have the lvl 39 blue that drops for the head from SM. Also I was wondering if you guys knew a good way to the badlands as I have never been there. thanks again.

Unless you're Horde...then you have to run south from the Arathi Highlands.../sigh. If you can do a /who badlands and see if you can't get a warlock to summon you there.
