There is no definitive answer. Or rather, the answer is "it depends."
Main factors include:
1. Relative skill. Do you have a plan to take on a Warrior? Do you know how to react to his moves? Can you play your class better than he plays his? Do you use a mouse to move, or your keypad (hint: use mouse)?
2. Are you doing it on your terms (you're stealthed behind him, planning your attack), or his (he caught you out in the open, and has full rage and health)?
3. Gear. Not as huge for a Druid, but HUGE for a Warrior. If you're going against a tier 5 Warrior, you're going to have a very hard fight. Warrior is gear dependent; a Druid does reasonably well no matter what gear they have, but a warrior does exponentially better or worse depending on their equipment.
4. Luck. Always a risk, which can be minimized, but never eliminated. If the Warrior gets 4 crits in a row, you'll die before you can do much of anything. Nothing you can do about this, besides minimize it with talents and prayer.
All those factor into it. Any or all of them can determine an outcome.
Finally,

if 1vs1 warrior without healer can warrior win druid? plus the performance
in BG which class are better?, those question are bothering me or should I just
drop both 2 and roll a rogue instead?
Take my advice. If you're going to roll a rogue to defeat a Warrior, you're already far behind on the necessary skills to PvP. A rogue fighting a warrior is at an inherent disadvantage. And you're mistaken already by asking this question. I suggest researching more, and actually playing the game, before you even think about these. Asking "Can I kill X class as Y 1 on 1?" shows you already don't understand how the game works. Best of luck.
