I have to say that while you can probably make it viable, I find it a bit problematic to have 3 or four half finished talents versus 2 maxed talents.
So i think the question has to be asked:
Are you a regular PvPer?
This build seems like it's set up for PvP (what with Primal Tenacity and NS, which I think should be maxed out).
If you are a Pvp, I'd suggest dumping Intensity and putting 1 point in NS and one in Nature's Grasp, which is the only useful PvP you haven;t gotten. I'd also suggest dumping something else to max out Naturalist.
If you're doing PvE, then I would say that NS is nice, but not necessary. I'd again, max out on Naturalist and maybe spend the 3 points on intensity then.
As far as the feral talents go with PvE, I think that Nurturing Instinct is useful, since you never know when you might have to off-heal or heal yourself when soloing. I would also say that Primal Tenacity isn't as important so you can allot those points elsewhere. I'm also not a big fan of SotF, but that's just me.

is what i'd suggest for PvP

is more of a PvE build (not there are 5 points left to play with and add to what you think you might like such as PT, NS, Intensity, SoTF, or hell even Improved MoTW if you're so inclined).
