I saw some guy using this bar showing u when the energy regen is gonna tick. Can u link me to that addon? Would be appraciated.

I don't have the link on me, but it's called EnergyWatcher. Learn to love it, is all I can say, get the timing right and your stunlock build suddenly becomes a lot more deadly.
thats exactly the reason :P Until ive been doing it by using distraction first and then remember the ticks... but its a bit annoying xD

EnergyWatch does it, X-Perl unit frames has a built in ticker.
EW has to be turned off and on everytime I log in for it to show up.

I have it.. I used to use it a lot in PvP but now I rarely pay attention to it.
I've personally never had to turn EW on each time I log in...
but you can set it up to show always, in stealth only, in combat only or stealth + combat.
And if you want it will play sounds.
