Well im guessing from your build that you are two-handed axe user. Also your guild-mate is right it may not seem like much but imho cruelty really raises your chance for a crit. Also dont worry about gear get that through questing and it will all be replaced later anyway. Also i would put the last point in pole-axe spec., i would cap off deflection, and iron will. Also a couple of my favorites are piercing howl, blood craze, and unbridled wrath. I know there are certain builds that are pretty stout and recommended, however my build has pretty much been made by my preferance and i have had no troubles, granted it has simialarities to pre-thought builds but it has its own qualities to. So i would use your own judgement as far as what you want, i mean after all it may cost a bit, but in the end if you don't like your choices you can always respec.
