weird friendlist problemFollow

Recently i have a new friend to add to my list, but i cant seem to get it to work anymore. doing /sea all name and sending message comes up as some error (19). Also doing /befriend <name> comes out as cant add friend. It shows him as pending and somes theres a message from him but i cant view it. :/ anyone have any suggetions. Thx
