I am in dire need of some help.Follow

I recently had this on the out of topic area forum and was told to come here.
Ok, let me explain: Being the idiot I am, while removing crap from my system, I deleted my entire documents through the add/remove program system. I seem to remember a way to attepmt to retrieve them through DOS. anyone know the commands? please please please please please help me. And yes, you can laugh at my idiocy.

Some how two songs didn't get deleted... Prisoners of Today by Billy Talent, and Escape by Enrique Iglesias. I think Enrique's mole has a conspiracy going on here...
