Error FFXI-3100...anyone else getting this tonight?Follow

[Sorry to cross post to two Allakhazam forums, but I wanted to make sure my question is posted in all appropriate places.]

I was trying to log into FFXI today, and got an error while the program was trying to connect to the lobby server (Got error FFXI-3100). Wondering if I'm the only one, or if anyone else is getting this error as well?

My roommate has been working on getting some other computers in our house connected to the Internet after they lost their connection. If I'm the only one experiencing this problem at the moment, it'll tell us that this is something on our side. If other people are also experiencing this problem, than we'll know it's not something on our side.

I'm having the same problem trying to connect to Leviathan. They just recently put up a notice on POL that says they are having "Partial Worlds Technical Difficulties". I know there are at least 8 other servers that are reported to have problems as well. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
