Can't Use SWG :(Follow

I played SWG in the beggining and I know my comp can run it but now I'm trying to reinstall the game but when I try to open LaunchPad an error appears saying, "...unable to connect to network. Try again in a few minutes." problem is its said that all day! I'm on a cable modem without a firewall but I have a router that worked before with no problems. Its a SB4101 Surfboard Router from Motorola. Does anyone know how I can get back into SWG and get by this damn thing? I never had this problem before.
