modifying my chat windows with default UIFollow

Ok, I'm sure this has a simple answer. On Everquest -

Not too long ago I could right click my chat windows to open a new chat, etc, or adjust filters and tells and such.
I could also load and save spell sets by right clicking on my spellbook icon. Now for a reason unknown to this computer newb, I can no longer perform either of these actions. Anywhere else in my UI my right click on my mouse is working fine, but for some reason I can't right click my spellbook or my chat windows. Any advice? Did I toggle something off by mistake?

Make sure you have "context menus" turned on in the options. I THINK that is it. I did that once by accident myself and I think that is what I unclicked to make that happen.
