I keep recieving POL 0010 and 0250Follow

I really need some help here. Everytime i try to update my FFX1 the massive 10 thousand file one for PS2 i get a about 50-80 percent and i keep getting those errors. THey say something to the effect of "server busy. please check Network settings or something similar to that" i have tried maybe 10 times or so and its really getting annoying me. I tried email Playonline and got the typical response (no help)I havent played it in maybe 2 or 3 weeks but before that i have no problem . i am using a router with absoulutley no problems yet this happens. i hope someone can give me some help with this ..
