Shaking screenFollow

I have been running EQ for a few weeks and it was going fine, now as soon as I log into one of the servers(doesn't matter which" the entire image shakes. It starts between the load message, "Loading Froglok" and "Loading Character files". The game is still playable, but harder to see and read. Then every now and then a black and green sort of checkared smear appears in the bottom part of the screen that slows everthing down to a crawl. Camping out and coming back in get's rid of the smear, but not the shaking. Any ideas?

My video card is the prosavage that came with the computer. This is the only game it does it on, and doesn't do it until when logged into the server and the "Loading Character equipment files" message comes up on the loading screen.

The green and black smear seems to only happen when in a city not when in the wilds. but i have to camp out several times to get through Qeynos.

I think I figured out what started it. Last night my firewall popped up to inform me there is an update available. Well this caused the shaking to appear again. Now I know how to fix it it's not a problem.
