Still lagging in open zones??Follow

So I finally got my New MB installed, added a bunch more Ram and I'm still lagging in open zones such as OOW. (Dranik's Scar)


System:

AMD Althon XP 1700
GForce 3 TI 200
1.25 gig 2100 DDR Ram
Gigabyte GA-7N400-L Motherboard
80 gig 7200 rpm Maxtor hard drive (using like 1% atm)

If I turn all the options down in the new advanced tab and have my resolution(the setting in the options tab before you log into the game) on low I can run ok but I would expect more out of this computer I would think.

Do I need a new processor, Video card or is there something else I can do??

Just installed Win XP yesterday.

Yup, first thing I did after install.
