Pol not opening

I just installed the ffxi model viewer, but now I think i might have messed up PoL. Whenever I click on it from wherever, it doesnt open. What did I do? :B

You installed third party software which is not supported by any means of tech support :) Best thing you can do.. uninstall the model viewer, and if need be, reinstall POL.

Would you know how to uninstall it? and if so, can I reinstall without the FFXI discs? Because I lost those :x

I wouldn't know how to uninstall it because i never installed in the first place. And sorry you lost your discs, but yes, you are probably going to need those to reinstall..

And why did you lose your discs? You do know that those discs are the only proof you have of actually owning a legit copy of the game.

This happened to me from closing the POL viewer wrong. What ya gotta do it is... Go to add/remove programs, select "PlayOnline Viewer and Tetra Master" and uninstall it. Go to local entronics store or order a new copy of FFXI online (new MSRP 30 dollars), reinstall PlayOnline and TM (FFXI will still be there).

I'm not sure if this will work without reinstalling FFXI with the new CD you needneed to get.
