Sorry.. I get this is a re-thread.... Haggan, Mountain Dew God, told me 2 post it here :-)

Okay this is a new one.. and idk what the heck it is or what happened... After the matinenince for playonline, I attempted to play FF, so i open Playonline and instantly the playonline viewer opens up and so dose another window, that says...:
>>>Preparing to install...
Then it closes and repoens about 5 times... I was confused at that point but just ignored it. I log in on POV, and click play to play FF, a black screen shows, like the game is opening, and graphics are loading, but then the start bar shows up and shows that the "Preparing to Install..." box is opening and closing again... Thats when the game closes because it tried 2 minimize FF.
I think maybe its jus a wierd bug or somthing and just attempt 2 reinstall Play Online. I put in the Play Online Viewer Disc and it auto runs... I select the button: Uninstall PlayOnline Viewwer and Tetra Master...
Then it just closes and opens up the window and my start bar says:
>>>Windows - Corrupt File
>>>This file or directory
>>>\WINDOWS\Prefetch\IDRIVER.EXE-078074A8.pf is corrupt and >>>unreadable. Please run the chkdsk utility.
Finially I run the chkdsk, and reboot... I then try to get on FF again and it dose the same thing, i also then try 2 uninsall POV and reinstall it.... Dose the same thing
Someone please try to help me out, i put as much detail as i could... If you have any questions please help me out!

Reinstall your video drivers. Meaning, go to Add/Remove programs in the control panel, and remove your drivers. Restart you system. Install your video drivers again. Restart. If you have any more problems, go to the Tech Support Forum.
