Need help with recording video via FRAPS!Follow

I have the full version(registered) version of FRAPS, and I've seen people make plenty of videos that say they used them. The thing is that they usually can go up to something like 5-10 minutes, whereas my options in the thing are limited to 30 seconds...could someone please explain how you set it so the video recording stops whenever you hit a certain button or after a certain time, instead of being fixed at 15-30 seconds? Thanks!

I'm sure I'm not running out of harddrive space, nor hitting record on accident. I have 20GB of room left in it, and even if I hit the record button say 10 seconds after pressing it the first time, it says it stops on the counter... yet when I check the video there it is, still going even past where I clicked it again, until it hits 30 seconds, or whatever I set. I'll see if the official boards can help me with this one.
