Quick Question about IEFollow

Okay so I am pretty sure there is a simple solution to this if I can just find a way to describe what I am talking about.

Im used to having portion of the bottom window of my internet explorer that tells me how the page is loading up. It is no longer there, what I am viewing on IE goes straight down and there is no longer that bottom portion of the window inbetween my blue start bar.

Bah, I dont know quite how to explain it. Its like the bottom portion of the IE screen and you get that bar with the green things in it that indicate how fast page is loading and what page is loading. Anyways hopefully someone can make sense of my jibberish or perhaps ask some relevant question so you can understand what I am talking about and help me get it back.
