Computer Beeping and Freezing >.<Follow

Hi everyone,

Having a major comp. problem atm and here it is: I am getting infrequent beeps when I try to load either ffxi or WoW since installing new case fans. It started with WoW and now is affecting ffxi. Sometimes the games have loaded fine and only beeped once or twice in a few hours, other times the beeps begin as soon as load/run the program. They are infrequent and are associated with bursts of lag in game. From what i can gather this may be associated with overheating and indeed it did appear i was having some overheating due to placing one fan in wrong direction (doh) but i corrected that and ASUS probe has said my temps. are ok.

Any ideas on what is causing my problem and even better how to fix it?
