Question about WowReader.Follow

Is /Interface/AddOns/Wr/Wr.lua associated with WowReader? Because I'm getting "attempt to compare number with nil" errors.

I noticed it said "WowReader Loaded" when I logged on, which I don't think it's done before. I uninstalled WowReader, and it still says "WowReader Loaded", and I'm still getting errors.
