I resently bought a G Force 6600 graphics card, installed the drivers, but when I launched WoW, or any other program, the was "Missing Polygons" or, like in WoW, "Sceen Tearing." I have unistalled all graphics drivers off my computer and then reistalled them multiple times. Please help ; ;
BTW: I use cosmos and I enabled "Use OpenGL" to make it work

Try updating your drivers from nVidias website. Then make sure you have the latest version of DirectX.
