Another problem POL-0020Follow

It says" The DNS server is not responding Please try again later, or verify that all cables networking devices and network settings are properly connected and configured" all my junk is configured and plugged in correctly but it won't let me play...it loads "checking playonline viewer version" then says POL-0020. Then goes to and update screen. I know its updated cuz i've played it at my friends houses. Any help would be appreciated....Gracimos
