FFXI POL Viewer Not Working....Follow

Let me first start off by saying that I've been playing FFXI for about 5 months with no problems. I get home from school today, ready to play FF, boot up my computer, and get a message about ATI(my video card) saying for me to register for my warranty but I just cancelled it. And now there's an ATI icon in my menu at the bottom. I don't know if this is relevant to my problem, but just thought I would provide any information I could. I didn't change anything. So when I started up POL earlier it looked like this:

Everything was loading extremely slow earlier and took me like 5 minutes to get to the FFXI Play button but I did manage to get FF started up and it worked perfectly. But a few minutes ago, I tried to do it again, and I can't get to the FFXI Top Page. Sometimes it will load a little, sometimes a little more and it will just stop and sometimes it will give me an error message while sometimes just giving me no response. I'm a FFXI addict and it's like crack for me. I need to play now! LOL. Any help would be appreciated.
