OpenGL! Help!Follow

I use a 6600gt card. For some reason it didn't install right for games that require OpenGL, like WoW, I get HORRIBLE screen tearing, textures being streched across the screen. PNY Technology (company who used the chipset in their card) have ever HORIBLER Tech support, its all automated... The only was WoW works is by using the cosmos updater to run the game. I enabled the option, "Use OpenGL," and it worked...

I've gone into dispay options and there is nothing about openGL, is there anything I can add to the comand line to run games or anything to make it enable openGL on most games?

btw games like MOH; PA don't work too...
