Computer Problem?Follow

I am unable to find anywhere to post where I might find help on this... And since some of you are com users I hope that someone might have the information I seek... Whenever I turn my computer on a black screen appears saying I have errors in my harddrive... I can get on my com and everything works I havent experienced any Issues but I was wondering if anyone can tell me whats going on >< this screen started appearing after last night I havnt downloaded anything nor have I gone to any unsafe websites.

And no it's not an improper shutdown check.
