Pol-1160.Follow

well, im stuck with this error in Playonline and i can´t update the game because of this.
I format my Hard drive a week a go, and reinstalled windows xp home edition. I made the updates installed a firewall, and anti-virus. however when i tried to do the updates trough playonline i get this error. I can download some files, but i can´t do all of them, for example i can´t download the 64 file "FFXIcontmusic.160.bgw". In this file i download till around 30% and then the error appear.
I made scan to find virus, spyware, adware, and i still get this error. I tryed to download without the firewall on, and i still get the error. I don´t think that it´s because of SP2 cause before i format the disc i have SP2 instaled and i play whitout problems. (i configured the windows firewall to let playonline and FFXI pass trough it)
From my positions i can see only two things.
1-the problem is from my ISP
2-the problem is with my modem cause i put a new one since the old one "broke" with a lightning. But i still played the game with the new one before i format the disc, but when i needed to do the update of march 22(if im not wrong) i get this error.
Any sugestions??

Processor: P4 2.6 GHZ
Ram:256MB
SO: Windows xp home edition
HD: 80GB/7200 rpm
Graphic card: Geforce 4 MX 440 64 MB
Directx version: 9.0c
Connection: ADSL 512/128 kbs
Modem: Speed touch 330 usb adsl modem from thomson

Hope someone could help me.

PS: I made a ping to my acount the results were:

Packages send: 59 Packages received: 59 lost:0
time:
minimum: 175ms
maximum: 234ms
medium: 188ms

This looks like a high ping but don´t know what´s causing it.
