Currently I'm using a S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR as my graphics card and I've been told in order to play FFXI and WOWE I need a more powerful one,but I'm not sure what to get.I'm trying to keep it in the $600-$800 price range as I'm working with a limited budget,what would you recommend?

I would consider this to be a more than capable video card. at at only $242 its well under your budget.
