ATI Radeon 9250 problems...Follow

Okay, so, lets begin:
1.) I'm running a dell
2.) I had an old GeForce MX400
3.) Followed the instructions on the ATI card
4.) I'm having hella-weird errors:

Okay, Dell computer's onboard video card blows, so i bought a new video card, and installed it, everything went smooth, but when i start the computer, theres a problem... no toolbar on the bottom... eh? kinda weird o.O; I plug in the monitor to the onboard video card and i get my desktop, with nothing but the toolbar and background...

oh yeah, also, when i try to do something, lets say like opening properties of my desktop on my onboard video card's side, nothing happens, but if i connect my monitor to the ATI card, the properties is there O.o;;

so, uh, wtf is going on? =/

Sounds like you need to go into your BIOS and disable the onboard video.
