Today when I tried to get into Firefox by double-clicking the shortcut, I got a pop-up asking for me to choose a profile. When I clicked the defualt one it said that I couldn't use this because it was in use so I'm like, "Whatever, I'll figure this out later." and I made a new profile and used that.
Now I can't find out how to get back to the default profile.

Do a reinstall. Also, instead of creating a new profile, you should've just shut down and restarted. Happened to me once, and doing that fixed it right up.
