graphic card ? Best PCI card (really no joke)Follow

So my old computer crashed so i had to buy a new one. I bought one of those budget pcs from Dell and it turns out it doesn't have an AGP or PCI express slot (only PCI). I did a bit of research and i am buying a FX 5500 card. Is this my best option or is there a better card that i can get that is PCI compatible (not PCI express) esp for FFXI?
