Computer locking/freezing in World of WarcraftFollow

Hello, I have a problem within the game itself and not with the external hardware, though it could be. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced major computer lock ups after playing a while in Wow? My computer was constantly freeze up and I'd either have to Ctrl+Alt+Dlt or restart my computer to get off the game. I mean this happens every few minutes and I have no idea why. Is this a bug or glitch that has to do with the server or is it my computer's problem? Any input would be highly appreciated.
