Getting RunDLL errorFollow

I ran a spyware scan about 20 minutes ago and after it was done I did the norm, removing spyware, adware etc.

When I was done I restarted my computer and when Windows started up I got a Rundll error, the pop-up said "Error loading D0CE0C16B1 the specified module cannot be found"

Any idea what could have happened? and Do I need to fix this?, if so how?
