As of some time Saturday I couldn't connect to an MMORPG site: http://www.endless-online.com

I've tried opening the URL in IE and Firefox, doesn't work in either. I've cleared my cache of all cookies and temporary internet files for both, still not working. I ran AVG, Spybot, and AdAware, still not working.

Every other site I try to go to works fine, so I don't know whats going on.

Also restarted my CPU several times.

EDIT: The site isn't down either, other people can get to it.

Of the few rare things that could have happened are probably beyong your control.

If it isn't any malware, then it is probably:

1. The site has blacklisted your IP and made it impossible for you to connect to it. Sites do it all the time. Certain sites have previously blacklisted all AOL IPs **cough Merentha cough** thereby not letting me visit them. AOL refused to comply and the IPs are still banned. I suggest you email the person who runs the site with your IP and ask them to unban stating you did nothing wrong.

2. Your ISP may have blocked access to it. As mentioned previously, your ISP can potentially restrict your from visiting a site too. So it works both ways. Send them a /tell and pray that they are not nearly as ignorant as AOL is.

Otherwise, I really have no clue why you can't access it.

Ok, did all the stuff and I'm getting this:

Tracing route to endless-online.com [216.217.228.189]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 * * * Request timed out.

All the way to 11 right now.

Ok went all the way down to 30 saying that the request timed out.

Sop, I get nothing using CMD, yet I can connect through a browser just fine. What version of browsers are you using?

I still support the previous two ideas I stated. The packets are clearly not being routed to endless-online.com or something is blocking them from getting there. Definitely not the DNS nameserver.

I'm pretty sure I have the latest of Firefox. It should work for at least one of them.

After turning off the fire wall I still got 30 hops of request timed out. I'm using Windows Firewall.
