As of yesterday, it didn't matter.

I left it out because I am actually right at the character limit, and didn't have enough to put it in.

Well that fixed it.
Weird.
For all my colors, I never close them, just start the new color over top, unless it is more efficient to close it (like for the +2's and +3's).
Never had this problem before.
