Ok here's the deal.My computer keeps resetting itself everytime I play WOW or FFXI,and I'm sure that the fact that my power coming to my computer doesn't stay steady but keeps spiking or dropping all the time is the cause of the problem(I've tested the power with a voltage tester).Is there any way I could filter the power so the spikes or when it drops to a lesser voltage?

No filter. Get an uninterruptable power supply. Be warned that they can be rather expansive though. Or get a better PSU if it isn't your outlet at fault.
