WoW ProfilesFollow

I have a premium membership to Alla (because it has tons of great info and is worth supporting IMO), but I've run across something odd. Now I had a period where I didn't do much around this site because of RL, so now that I'm back into the MMORPG scene and wanted to create a profile for my WOW character, I found that I couldn't. (page is basically blank).

What's odd is that I know before it was possible, and I do have access to my FFXI profiles as well.

Can someone help?

BTW I'm using Mozilla Firefox as my browser, but I don't think that should have anything to do with it.
