How do I put a pic under my name? Whenever I post, it shows a link to my signature under what I typed, instead of showing the atual picture under my name.

As Wintaru pointed out, these forums don't support IMG tags so you can't insert a picture into your signature. To put that picture you linked under your name (which is what I think you were originally trying to do), you'd have to get a premium account to this site (it's only 3 bucks a month, an awesome deal if you ask me) and put that as the target for your avatar in your profile section. To sign up for premium (or just check out the benefits) you can click on the link to the top left that says "Sign up for Premium..."
