POL error 1160 during installationFollow

I just finished installing Final Fantasy XI on my new laptop, and now I'm trying to update to the latest version of POL Viewer, however I keep getting the POL-1160 error whenever I try to connect and download the version. Any ideas as to what the problem is or what I should do?
