college log on problemsFollow

Ever since I arrived on my college campus i have recieve a POL error 0019 when i try to log on to POL. This has gone on for four months and i have called the tech support for both the university and SE. SE told me to ask for ports to be open( i dont remember the exact ones) but when i called my school they said they had no blocks on gaming applications.

Its really wierd because I cannot even access the POL website. I don't understand whats wrong, I called SE tech support and they said some thing about hop 11 missing reverse DNS entry. If anyone knows what is going on please help me out.
