unable to log on to FFXI update sectionFollow

i just re got the game today and installed it and all but it will crash and close it self when i press play on the Final fantasy main page



i have rang SE helpline twice did everything they told me to do then they asked me to ring my ISP provider about ports being blocked and they havent plz help me a really want to play so any help will be greatly appreceitated

ps is i have spelt anything wrong plz tell me so i can correct it i am dislaxic so my spelling isnt very good
