Fraps difficultiesFollow

I try to use Fraps 2.7.1 to capture movies in WoW, but when I hit the key I've specified, nothing happens, and the folder where movies should be saved stays blank. I have made sure that the key I picked is not bound to another WoW command.

Any idea what's wrong and/or how to fix it?
