Problem with updateFollow

I logged in as usual when I got home from work today and downloaded the update. Then when I clicked "Play" on the screen warning you to not ruin your life, a window in POL pops up saying "FFXI did not update correctly, please reinstall FFXI." Anyone else get this or know what to do -besides- reinstall. I don't have my disks. Even if I did it'd take forever to reinstall and download all of the updates. Anyone got a quicker solution?
