W.O.W.  Please..... can't get my Addons working.Follow

Greetings,
My computer died a week ago, and so I bought a new one. On my old pc, I had CT Raid, and Pet Smart added to my W.O.W. game and loved them! So after going through the same steps ( to my knowledge) I cant get the Addons option to show on my game, not even when I escape, there is no Addon option.

Here's what I did...... I downloaded both of the mods into my World of Warcraft folder/Interface/Addons. I extracted them and I thought I was good to go. I restarted the pc, entered the game, and as I said, there's no mods, no addons, nothing.

Pleeeeez is there anyone who can help me with this, my email is available if someone would prefer to offer advice that route, otherwise I shall revisit here to see if there's any suggestions for me,

I would check what highRfrequenC said and make sure you have the directory structure right.

The one thing I wanted to point out is that the Addons button is at the character selection screen (lower left corner of the scree), not when you get into the game.
