Are there any known problems with FFXI and XP64? Thegame runs perfectly until someone does a group party buff and then it hangs a moment. Bard spells esp cause this problem, right as the graphic starts to do it's animation it slows down a tiny bit and then goes to normal speed again.

Setup:

Win XP64
AMD 64 x2 4400+
1gig Ram
GeForce 7800GT 256mb
120gb SATA Drive

All the drivers are up to date, everything is new. Fresh install too. Just can't figure out why this one thing slows it down so much.

Not that i've heard of, although a lot of people don't use it due to lack of printer suport, but that's another story.

The first thing i'd suggest you do is roll back your drivers but you can't really do that with your card seeing as it's only supported in very recent drivers. You might want to try other driver versions and see if you have any luck. Beyond that you may be a bit stuck.
