Ive been wondering if its possible to store the FFXI files on my external HD and play FFXI on any comp I hook up to, such as public comps ect. However from my knowledge windows needs to regesiter ffxi to work. Is there a way i can maunaly add ffxi to registry w/o installing it onto the comp and use then files on my HD.
Reason why is because I would like to show some of my friends the game and it would be easier to jsut bring my HD over with ffxi installed than taking all day to install it. Many public computor also dont allow you to install stuff.
Thx

No. FFXI makes entries in the system registry. It won't be playable from an extrenal HD.
