Disconnect after 5-10 minFollow

I'm at a total loss here, about 4 days ago after the maintenance I would log on and after about 5 to 10 minutes I would get the red d/c symbol in place of my linkshell. I could still chat and talk to people in the LS and in parties, but I would still get disconnected. It would give me an error and said "No response from server."

I haven't changed anything that I can recall in the timeframe that I started getting the d/c. Before this problem I was able to stay online for hours and hours without a problem.

My set up is a wireless netgear router, the PC running FFXI is plugged directly into the router via a cat 5 cable. The built in firewall for both windows and the router itself is disabled, I also have port forwarding turned on for the 50000 - 65554 range as specified in the technical documents on the POL website.... please if anyone is having similar problems or has a potential solution for something I should check I'd really appreciate it.
