Help with installing FFXI on the ps2Follow

I already have the Viewer installed and im trying to get the game to work, but everytime i put in the game I get a "cannot read disk" error (NOT "disk read error") When I try to install it by going to install at the begining of the viewer, it just says No playonline-compatible disc for the ps2 is inserted blah blah blah.
